Wheat-Barley Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup barley flour
- 1 cup water (adjust as needed)
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
Step 1 — Mix the flours and salt: In a bowl, combine wheat flour, barley flour, and salt. Step 2 — Add water: Gradually pour in water and stir until it forms a firm but slightly sticky dough. Step 3 — Shape the bread: Form the dough into a loaf, flat round, or small rolls. Step 4 — Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the dough on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan. Bake for 25–35 minutes, until the crust is golden and firm. Step 5 — Cool and serve: Let the bread cool slightly before slicing.
