Khazīr
Khazīr is a wholesome dish of meat simmered in broth and thickened with barley flour. It is narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) was offered Khazīr and ate it — Sahih al-Bukhari. Simple in ingredients yet rich in sustenance, it embodies the Prophetic principle of eating what is available, thanking Allah for provision, and never turning away wholesome food.
